Appointments are required; if you arrive to find a sign on our front door, please ring the doorbell (TO THE LEFT OF THE DOOR HANDLE) and wait briefly for your provider to assist you.

IN SALON CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At troo, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. It is required to submit your credit card before making an appointment. We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a 100% fee for missed or cancelled appointments less than 24 hours prior. 

REFUND POLICY: 
SERVICES troo salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. In the event that you have concerns, please contact the salon within 7 days of the original service. 

PRODUCTS: all product purchases are FINAL sale unless unopened and brought back within 7 days of purchase.

waxing & hair removal

Waxing is a form of semi-permanent hair removal which removes the hair from the root and can be performed on most body parts. Our professional will consult with you prior to the service to be certain you are a good candidate. New hair will not grow back in the previously waxed area for four to six weeks, although some people will start to see regrowth in only a week due to some of their hair being on a different growth cycle.
