CANCELLATION POLICY:
At troo, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. It is required to submit your credit card before making an appointment. We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a 100% fee for missed or cancelled appointments less than 24 hours prior.

REFUND POLICY:
SERVICES troo salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. In the event that you have concerns, please contact the salon within 7 days of the original service.

Our Corrective Color Service is a highly personalized approach to gently and organically address unwanted hair color issues and work toward your optimal, desired shade. This is a fluid and artistic service rooted in organic precision and expertise. The service is based on an hourly rate plus cost of product/color with a two hour minimum.

PRICE POINT: A corrective color service is not a standard service and may require several hours of focused, expert work to safely remove, adjust or blend uneven tones. The cost is an hourly price + product with a two hour minimum. The hourly cost is based on the level of stylist.
