IN SALON CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At troo, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. It is required to submit your credit card before making an appointment. We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a 100% fee for missed or cancelled appointments less than 24 hours prior.

REFUND POLICY:
SERVICES troo salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. In the event that you have concerns, please contact the salon within 7 days of the original service.

PRODUCTS: all product purchases are FINAL sale unless unopened and brought back within 7 days of purchase.
